14T Armoured Vehicle

Over the past 6 years, HR4 has been the designated training provider, working on behalf of the vehicle manufacturer for this fleet of vehicles. The courses delivered are Operator, Maintainer and Off-Road courses for UK MOD. The training documentation and courses have been updated to reflect changes in vehicle configuration and changes to the user's operating procedures. Feedback from both trainees and from user units has been and continues to be strongly positive.

Specialist All-Terrain Vehicle

In response to an 8-day notice training requirement, in support of Op HERRICK 10, HR4 provided a training team to the UK MOD. In close cooperation with the Design Authority / Vehicle Manufacturer, an auditable system of training was developed. The training team was then deployed to instruct troops shortly to be leaving for Afghanistan. The Officer Commanding wrote to HR4 personally to thank the company for the high standard of training delivered under difficult conditions and the professional response to the requirement.

Trailer

This project was a close collaboration between the MoD and an engineering design and manufacturing company. HR4 provided specialist support, including Human Factors Integration consultancy, Technical Publications, Safety Management, Risk Management and Training Development and Delivery. The project was rounded out by a fully-interactive training DVD, utilising video, animation, specially commissioned music and graphics.
