Format and Delivery

HR4 delivers Technical Publications in various formats. Imagery can be provided as detailed line drawings, or high quality photography, animation clips or CAD output, manipulated to meet the information requirements. All material is developed and produced in-house by Security Cleared HR4 staff and can be delivered in hard copy or electronic format.

Development Process

HR4 Methodology ensures a structured approach to the development of Technical Publications, whilst retaining the flexibility for delivering a tailored solution. HR4 follow a format of close cooperation with the Design Authority, project ILS team and the customer to identify and develop the required categories of information.

The development of publications is managed through the publications working group forum, ensuring that the delivered documentation meets the needs of the operational equipment users.

Integrated Approach

HR4 acknowledges the ties between LSA, Safety, Training and Technical Publications. HR4's Technical Publications management works closely with Design, ILS and Safety teams to acquire the necessary data input. This ensures that the Technical Publications are developed with the correct intensity of detail, include all the relevant safety information, are fit for purpose, and support the delivery of training.

Standards and Technical Publications

HR4's Technical Publications services are delivered in accordance with the customer's preferred reference standard. This includes customer-specified standards or conforming to JSP 180 series and AESP 0100-P-Series.
