Training Methodology
HR4's Training Methodology ensures key focus on the customer's need to meet operational requirements. Throughout the process, HR4 maintain close cooperation with the customer through the forum of Training Working Groups, where we develop a logical, fully documented and iterative approach to the training processes. HR4 manages the complete process, from analysis through to development and delivery of training, and completes the process by implementing the assessment and evaluation plan.
Verification and Evaluation
HR4 seeks incremental sign-off against all deliverables, as well as verification of Training material. Customer Training analysts are stakeholders at all stages in our transparent and inclusive approach to training design and development.
Internal evaluations of training complete HR4's Training Development process cycle, complemented by HR4 putting in process the position in which external evaluations can take place.
